What drives fascists to commit mass shootings in public? Where does this ultraviolent, sacrificial murder cult come from, and how does it reproduce itself? This talk will outline a historical and theoretical framework for understanding 'far right accelerationism,' a distinct current of white supremacist militancy responsible for a considerable number of North American mass murder events over the span of four decades. Expect a ~30 min talk/slideshow, followed by an open Q&A.
