Exiled Anarchists (from Turkey and Kurdistan) Soli-Night 14th of April, (5pm - 9pm) Documentary Screening -`Is it just destiny?` 28 min -`Plan of Destiny` 41 min 2 Documentaries- We'll watch 2 documentaries.. `Is it just destiny?` (28 min) is talking about the rise of Erdogan after the earthquake in 1999 and reveals the gentrification projects which leaded this destructions. The second documentary, Plan of Destiny (41 mins) is more recent about the 9th of February Earthquakes. Food-Drinks We'll enjoy some foods and drinks which ll be donated by some local kurdish-turkish friends and some pastries and desserts as well. Also we'll bring our turkish tea pot to brew some black tea. Info Sharing We'll talk about the situation in Turkey and Kurdistan: fascist Erdogan regime, earthquake and solidarity efforts by anarchists, upcoming elections, exiled anarchists, immigrant solidarity in North America Fundraising Donations are welcomed for the solidarity and mutual aid efforts by anarchist and anti-authoritarian groups in Turkey.
